I will always sing about my journey with Coach Mary. I met her when I didn’t have a “voice” and was battling battles I never knew existed. We’ve worked together to resolve the “ME” issues. Overcoming anger, learning about myself, finding peace in past experiences, and 'connecting the dots' on my life's journey.

To heal the body, one needs to heal the mind and the spirit, which Coach Mary taught me. She gently guides me and helps direct me through my journey. She has taught me unconditional love, and though she doesn’t like being called “Mom” (she always jokes that she is not a Mama 🤣), I do see her as a Mother figure in my life……………. Womba N
